Returns
Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unworn and unused
have all original tags attached
be returned in their original condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How To Request A Return
To begin a return, customers must contact Old Gold Pack within 14 days of receiving their order at hello@oldgoldpack.co.uk.
Once approved, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Old Gold Pack cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Sizing & Exchanges
Please carefully review all sizing information before placing an order.
As this is a limited-run product, we are unable to offer exchanges as standard. In exceptional circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange where stock allows, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, a full refund will be issued instead.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering to avoid any disappointment.
Pre-Order Dispatch
The 150th Anniversary shirt is a pre-order product. Stock is expected to arrive mid-to-late July 2025, and all orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible following receipt.
You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.
We appreciate your patience and support.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation as orders may already be in processing. However, if you wish to cancel please contact us at hello@oldgoldpack.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods) are not affected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and order details.
Where possible, we may offer a replacement subject to available stock levels. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Charity & Volunteer Statement
Old Gold Pack is a volunteer-led fan organisation. A significant portion of proceeds from this project supports local charity initiatives and helps fund future fan displays at Molineux.
We fully respect and comply with consumer rights legislation, however we kindly ask supporters to only request returns where genuinely necessary, as unnecessary returns create additional costs for a small volunteer-run operation.
