Our Ethos

Old Gold Pack is a fan-led initiative.

All profits generated from merchandise are used to support fan displays and contribute to local charitable causes.

This statement reflects our intention but does not create a contractual obligation regarding how funds are allocated.

Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
  • Items are out of stock
  • There are pricing errors
  • We suspect fraudulent activity

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£)
• Shipping costs are added at checkout
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• We do not store your full payment details

Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

However, your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods) are not affected.

Returns & Refunds (Non-Faulty Items)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and a further 14 days to return them.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Purchase Limits

• Maximum of 5 shirts per customer
• We reserve the right to cancel bulk or suspected reseller orders

Acceptable Use

By purchasing from us, you agree:

• Not to abuse or harass volunteers or representatives of Old Gold Pack
• Not to misuse discount codes
• Not to purchase for unauthorised resale or commercial gain

We reserve the right to refuse service where these conditions are breached.

Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays outside our control

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
